This darling little dress is made in the USA out of super soft and stretchy 100% cotton baby rib knit and is sewn with cotton thread. Long sleeves, with a higher waist and 3 fancy tiers in the skirt that are joined with a ruffley pearl stitch. The sleeves and hem are also finished in the pearled ruffle style. The neck has a double needle rib binding for strength. Very feminine for those little princesses in your life!
