Stained and Flawed Silk Velvet 45"

We here at Dharma do our best with quality control. Our fabric departments goes through each yard to inspect it for flaws. Unfortunately, the Silk/Rayon Velvet has flaws include discoloration, holes, excessive spots/stains. Get it now for one low price. Sold by the yard, continuous yardage may not be available. 

Fantastic! That's all I can say. Fabric has two sides, a soft rayon pile on the face with a silk chiffon back. Can be immersion dyed or easily painted on the chiffon back side. Simple painting techniques work the best. Can be used for the Devore technique. See it elsewhere for $20 - $40 yd.
